Mercedes V-Class chauffeur London: groups, families and luggage
The V-Class is the one most people should book and the one fewest people think of. Six passengers in captain’s chairs, six cases, sliding doors and enough headroom to stand up in the back. For a family arriving at Heathrow with a week’s luggage, it beats two saloons on cost and on sanity. Same for four colleagues who want to talk on the way to a meeting. It is also the car we send to the Cotswolds most often, because weekend bags do not fit in a boot.
Mercedes S-Class chauffeur and BMW 7 Series: one or two passengers
Both seat three but are really built for one or two. Reclining rear seats, a quiet enough cabin for a confidential call, privacy glass and a theatre screen in the 7 Series. If the journey is an hour or more and you intend to work through it, this is the tier. Our BMW 7 Series is available in hybrid, with the fully electric BMW i7 also available on request.
Range Rover chauffeur: country roads and a different kind of arrival
Four passengers, four cases, and a higher seating position that makes a two hour run out to Oxfordshire noticeably less tiring. It is the car for country house hotels, shoots, race days and anywhere the last mile is gravel. It also reads differently on arrival than a black saloon does, which some clients want and some deliberately don’t.
Mercedes E-Class: the everyday executive car
Three passengers, two cases, and the sensible choice for a single airport transfer or a point to point across London. Same chauffeur, same standards, same inclusions as the tier above. A smaller car and a lower price.
Mercedes Sprinter and luggage van: larger groups
The Sprinter takes 8 or 16 passengers with individual seating, and pairs with a dedicated luggage van when a group arrives with more bags than people. Useful for corporate roadshows, wedding parties and cruise transfers to Southampton, where the luggage is the whole problem.

How Much Does a Chauffeur Cost in London?

Typical fixed fares
- Heathrow to central London from £120 plus VAT, in the Executive tier (Mercedes E Class or BMW 5 Series)
- Chauffeur service in London per hour from £55 plus VAT, with a 5 hour minimum
- Full day from £550 plus VAT for 10 hours in London
Larger vehicles cost more than the Executive tier. Journeys outside London, overnight runs and multi vehicle bookings are quoted individually. Event dates such as Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and race weekends are quoted separately as prices vary. For many journeys, you can get an instant price and book online. For more complex itineraries, events or bespoke requirements, our team will prepare a fixed quotation.

Your quotation is agreed before you travel and shows exactly what is included, with no unexpected charges afterwards. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes, then billed in 30 minute increments at a rate quoted at booking. Flight monitoring adjusts your pickup automatically if you are early or late. Bottled water, phone chargers and Wi Fi on board. No surge, no meter, no fuel surcharge.

Because you are paying for a car and a chauffeur to be somewhere at a set time, and to wait. A ride hailing app cannot hold a car outside a restaurant for three hours, and a metered black cab will not quote a fixed price to four destinations across a day.
