Black Royale Chauffeurs operates a VIP Executive Coach service for clients who need to move groups of 16 to 49 passengers in luxury. We are not a standard coach hire company. Every vehicle in our group fleet is fitted to premium specification (leather interior, climate control, WiFi, USB charging, refreshment cooler), and every driver is suited in smart suit and tie. This is the same service standard our chauffeur clients expect, scaled up for hospitality groups, wedding parties, race day boxes and corporate days out.

VIP Executive Coach (30 seater)

30 seater VIP Executive Coach. Leather reclining seats, individual climate, USB charging at every seat, WiFi, on board entertainment, refreshment cooler. Ideal for mid sized corporate days out, wedding guest shuttles, conference delegations and hospitality groups at Royal Ascot or Wimbledon.

Luxury Executive Coach (49 seater)

49 seater Luxury Executive Coach. Full leather reclining seats, on board lavatory, climate control, panoramic glass, WiFi, on board entertainment, refreshment service. Ideal for full corporate hospitality events, large wedding guest transport, conference shuttles, and high end tour groups.

Weddings

Wedding guest shuttles from hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, end of night returns. Luxury wedding venues we frequently cover include Cliveden House, Coworth Park, Pennyhill Park, Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor, Stoke Park, Hedsor House, Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Blenheim Palace, The Dorchester, Claridge's, St George's Chapel Windsor Castle.

Corporate hospitality and conferences

Conference delegate transfers, board offsite transport, executive team days out, AGM hospitality, supplier and partner days. Common pickup and drop off venues include The Shard, Canary Wharf, Mayfair head offices, the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Twickenham, Wembley Stadium and the Royal Albert Hall.

What is included in every group booking

Fixed price quoted upfront with no surge pricing, no congestion zone surcharges and no fuel surcharges. Suited chauffeur in smart suit and tie. Live route monitoring. Refreshments and bottled water provided. For airport pickups we include 60 minutes free wait time from the flight landing time. For all non airport pickups (hotels, racecourses, wedding venues, corporate addresses, restaurants), 15 minutes free wait with additional time billed in 30 minute increments at a transparent rate quoted at booking.

Royal Ascot 2026 race week (case study)

During Royal Ascot 2026 we supplied two 16 seater Mercedes Sprinter VIP Executive Coaches for the same race day, both with smart suit and tie chauffeurs, leather interior and refreshment service. Pickup from central London hotels, race day box drop off at the Royal Ascot Owners and Trainers entrance, evening return to London. Do you cover Royal Ascot race week?

Yes. Royal Ascot is one of our busiest race weeks. We strongly recommend booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance during the meet.

Do you cover Wimbledon and Henley?

Yes. Centre Court and Court 1 hospitality transfers, plus Steward's Enclosure transport at Henley Regatta. Book 3 to 6 weeks in advance.

What is your wait time policy?

Airport pickups (Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, City): 60 minutes free wait from scheduled landing. All other pickups (hotels, racecourses, weddings, corporate addresses, restaurants): 15 minutes free wait with 30 minute increments after.

Do you offer corporate accounts for VIP Executive Coach bookings?

No. Corporate accounts are not available for VIP Executive Coach reservations. Full payment is required on confirmation. Corporate accounts remain available for our standard chauffeur work (BMW 7 Series, Mercedes S Class, Mercedes E Class, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes V Class).

What payment is required?

Full payment is required on booking confirmation for all VIP Executive Coach reservations. This applies to 16 seater, 30 seater and 49 seater bookings. Bookings are not held until payment clears. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations more than 28 days before the event receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations 14 to 28 days before are charged at 25%. Cancellations within 14 days are charged at 50%. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full. Event date bookings (Royal Ascot, Wimbledon, Christmas) follow stricter terms quoted at booking.

Do you handle wedding guest shuttles?

Yes. Hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, evening returns to hotels. We coordinate multi vehicle shuttles where required. Common venues covered include Cliveden, Coworth Park, Pennyhill Park, Soho Farmhouse, Stoke Park and St George's Chapel.
