Corporate Accounts and Monthly Invoicing
For companies that use us regularly, a corporate account keeps bookings and billing easier to manage. Every journey is recorded against your account and invoiced together at the end of the month, so there are no individual card payments or expense claims to chase.
We cover the City, Canary Wharf, Mayfair, Belgravia and Knightsbridge, as well as Windsor, Ascot, Slough, Reading and the wider Thames Valley.
To open an account, send us your company billing details and the names of the people who will be authorised to make bookings.
Business Chauffeur Service
For a day involving several meetings, hourly chauffeur hire can be more practical than booking each journey separately. Your chauffeur remains available during the booked hours, so if a meeting runs late or the plan changes, the transport can change with it.
Business chauffeur hire works particularly well for multi-stop meeting days, financial roadshows, client hospitality, production travel and executives who need to use travel time productively, with WiFi, charging points and a quiet rear cabin.

Executive Chauffeur Service in London
For senior executives and regular business travellers, consistency matters. The vehicle should arrive properly presented, the chauffeur should understand the journey, and the passenger should not need to manage the transport themselves.
For regular bookings, we will try to allocate the same chauffeur where availability allows. If this is not possible, another chauffeur will be arranged to the same Black Royale service standard, and every booking is reviewed in advance by our founder-led team.
Mercedes S Class and BMW 7 Series vehicles are available for executive travel, with Mercedes E Class for everyday business journeys and Mercedes V Class for colleagues travelling together. WiFi and charging are available, making it possible to work or take calls on the move.

Airport and Event Travel
Corporate Airport Transfers
We provide corporate airport transfers to and from Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted and London City, as well as private aviation terminals such as Farnborough and RAF Northolt.
Flights are monitored in real time, airport arrivals include meet and greet inside the terminal, and up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting is included from landing. Heathrow to Central London starts from £120 + VAT.
Corporate Event Chauffeur Hire
We provide chauffeur transport for corporate hospitality, conferences, award dinners and major events including Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and Henley Royal Regatta.

Our fleet includes hybrid options such as the BMW 7 Series, and a fully electric BMW i7 can be requested through our network, subject to availability. Each journey is planned to avoid unnecessary mileage and empty running.

Female Chauffeur Service
A female chauffeur can be requested for corporate and private travel, subject to availability. This is often chosen for executives travelling alone, late night journeys and visiting guests.
