For one Royal Ascot race day, a hospitality group booked two 16 seat Mercedes Sprinter VIP coaches. Guests were collected from central London in the morning, arrived together at the racecourse, and were returned in the evening with the coaches waiting nearby for the whole day.
For clients who need it, we work under non-disclosure agreements.
Wedding Shuttles, Planned Around the Day
Guests staying at nearby hotels, a ceremony in one place and the reception in another: that is where a coach earns its keep. We run hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception and evening return shuttles, with several vehicles coordinated where the guest list needs it.
Pair the coach with a wedding chauffeur car for the couple and the bridal party, all managed under one booking.
Delegations, Roadshows and Airport Groups
For delegations landing together, we meet the group at the terminal or the private aviation terminal, load the luggage and take everyone straight to the hotel or the first meeting. Flights are monitored, and 60 minutes of free waiting is included from landing.
For roadshows and multi-venue days, the coach stays with the group, with live route monitoring and a chauffeur who knows the plan. Senior guests can travel separately in a First Class saloon from our chauffeur fleet.

Group bookings commit vehicles and chauffeurs well in advance, so our terms are set out clearly before you book. Full payment is required on confirmation, and bookings are not held until payment clears. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer.

Event-date bookings, such as Royal Ascot, Wimbledon and Henley, have stricter terms, confirmed with your quote. Corporate accounts are not available for coach bookings, but remain available for our standard chauffeur vehicles through corporate travel.

Yes. We cover Centre Court and Court 1 hospitality at Wimbledon and Stewards' Enclosure transport at Henley. We recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks ahead.
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting from landing. Other pickups include 15 minutes of free waiting, after which time is charged in 30 minute blocks.
Not for VIP Executive Coach bookings, where full payment is due on confirmation. Corporate accounts remain available for our standard chauffeur vehicles through corporate travel.
