Look for three things rather than a fleet gallery: whether the price is fixed or metered, whether waiting time is included or charged by the minute, and whether the company knows your venue and the event. Ask what is included before comparing two numbers.

The car holds nearby for the duration rather than being dismissed and recalled, so you move when you want to instead of when a driver is available. Waiting is included within the booked hours. If the event runs beyond the confirmed booking time, additional charges may apply.
