How Black Royale Works
Black Royale was founded in Windsor in 2025 and is personally managed by Niro.
Niro remains closely involved in the day to day service and still chauffeurs clients himself, supported by a small team behind the scenes. When another chauffeur is required, we work with professional chauffeurs we know and trust, personally vetted before representing Black Royale.
Whether a journey is driven by Niro or another chauffeur, the booking remains managed by Black Royale from confirmation through to completion.
Our fleet and wider network allow us to manage everything from individual airport transfers and business journeys to multi vehicle bookings, events and larger transport requirements.

Founder & Principal Chauffeur
Meet Niro Suthakaran, the Founder
I spent several years working within the London chauffeur industry before starting Black Royale in 2025, and I still chauffeur clients myself. Along the way I achieved RoSPA Gold Advanced, became a member of the Guild of Professional Chauffeurs and completed the Certificate of Excellence in Professional Chauffeur Services with Belgraves of London.
My experience includes working with C level executives, board directors, investors, high net worth individuals, diplomatic personnel and clients at royal level. My work has taken me across Central London, Oxford, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire, covering airport transfers, business travel, private journeys and major events including Royal Ascot and Henley Royal Regatta.
I am trained in diplomatic and royalty service protocols, hold a RoSPA Gold Advanced Chauffeur qualification, and am qualified in Level 3 Emergency First Aid and ACT Counter Terrorism Awareness.
The vehicles available through Black Royale include Mercedes S Class, E Class and V Class, BMW 7 Series, Range Rover and Mercedes Sprinter options, selected according to the journey and passenger requirements.

Independently verified by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents to Gold standard for safety, smoothness and professional driving excellence.

Active member of GoPC, the UK trade body for professional chauffeurs, committed to ethical standards and continuing professional development.
Belgraves of London Certified
Holder of the Certificate of Excellence in Professional Chauffeur Services from Belgraves of London Ltd, recognising luxury chauffeur service to elite clientele.
Diplomatic & Royalty Trained
Trained in diplomatic and royalty-level service protocols including discretion, confidentiality and the etiquette expected for senior dignitaries.
Counter-Terrorism Aware
ACT Awareness certified by Protect UK, trained to recognise and respond to security threats during VIP and high-profile transfers.
Emergency First Aid Qualified
Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) by Qualsafe. Trained to respond confidently if a passenger needs urgent care en route.
Enhanced DBS Checked
Enhanced DBS checked, providing additional reassurance for clients, families, corporate travellers and organisations requiring a vetted chauffeur.
Fully Insured
Fully insured for professional chauffeur work, including the appropriate hire and reward cover for passenger journeys.

What Booking With Us Actually Means
Your journey is confirmed in advance with clear pricing and the details agreed before travel.
Airport collections include flight monitoring, meet and greet and up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the time the flight lands.
Chauffeur and vehicle details are provided before travel, and every booking is reviewed in advance so the chauffeur understands the pickup, destination and any passenger requirements.
For regular clients, we will try to allocate the same chauffeur where availability allows.
For larger requirements, we can coordinate multiple vehicles, Mercedes Sprinters, executive coaches and luggage vehicles through our trusted network, with the journey managed under one booking.

That's why we don't only ask our clients for feedback. Chauffeurs who work with Black Royale are also invited to review their experience with us.
We ask about communication, booking information, support, payment and how they were treated, as well as whether they would choose to work with Black Royale again.
Their feedback helps us improve and holds us accountable to the same standards of professionalism and respect that we expect from them.
Because exceptional service isn't only about how a passenger is treated in the back seat. It matters how we treat the professional behind the wheel too.
Responsibility Beyond the Journey
We also believe that growing Black Royale comes with a wider responsibility.
For every completed booking, we fund the planting of one tree through Ecologi, with our contributions publicly recorded for anyone to see.
It doesn't remove the environmental impact of chauffeur travel, but it is one practical step towards operating more responsibly as we grow.
