Welcome to Black Royale Chauffeurs. By booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities when using our chauffeur services.

1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Black Royale Chauffeurs via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings & Confirmations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via email or message.

  • Accurate information (pickup address, date, time, passenger count, and luggage) must be provided at the time of booking.

  • Any changes to your booking must be communicated to us as soon as possible.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

  • Prices are fixed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

  • Payment is required in full before the start of the journey unless otherwise agreed.

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Waiting time beyond the complimentary period

    • Parking fees

    • Toll charges

    • Congestion and ULEZ charges (where applicable)

  • Surge pricing may apply during peak demand periods, public holidays, or special events.

  • Final Invoice – a final invoice will be issued following completion of the service. This invoice will include all pre-agreed fees plus any additional charges for overtime, parking, tolls, or other disbursements incurred during the service.
  • Payment Due Date – Payment for all additional charges is due within 7 days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to £50 admin fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp).

  • More than 48 hours before service: No charge.
  • Between 24-48 hours before service: 50% of the total fare.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: 100% of the total fare.

5. Waiting Time & Delays

  • Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the flight landing time.

  • For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.

  • Additional waiting time is charged at our standard hourly rate.

  • We monitor flights in real time; however, we are not responsible for costs resulting from extreme delays, missed flights, or incorrect flight details provided by the client.

6. Client Responsibilities Clause

6.1 Accuracy of Itinerary –  The Client is responsible for providing an accurate and complete itinerary, including all required stops and addresses, at the time of booking. Significant changes on the day may result in additional charges.

6.2 Chauffeur’s Discretion –  The Chauffeur retains full discretion concerning the vehicle’s route, safety, and legal operation. The Client agrees to adhere to the Chauffeur’s reasonable instructions at all times.

7. Overtime & Additional Charges Clause

7.1 Overtime and Waiting Time All services are for the duration agreed at the time of booking. Any additional time, including but not limited to extended journey time, waiting time, or additional stops not included in the original itinerary, will be classified as overtime and charged to the Client.

7.2 Overtime Billing Increments Overtime is calculated and billed in 30-minute increments. For the purpose of billing, any period of 15 minutes or more within a 30-minute increment will be charged as a full 30-minute period.

7.3 Consent and Authorization The Client authorizes the Chauffeur and Black Royale Chauffeurs to charge for all overtime incurred. Verbal instruction from the Client or their party to the Chauffeur to extend the service shall constitute acceptance of these overtime charges.

8. Luggage Policy

  • Please inform us in advance if you have excessive luggage, sports equipment, or oversized items.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

9. Liability

  • Black Royale Chauffeurs’ liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the total value of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights or appointments due to traffic conditions or unforeseen events.
  • We aim to ensure timely arrival; however, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., road closures, extreme weather, accidents, or traffic conditions).

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the journey booked.

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
